We Are Here
As we move further into this year, I continue to be struck by a simple but profound reality: the need for mental health care in our community is not slowing down. Each week, more individuals and families reach out, carrying burdens that are often unseen yet deeply felt. Anxiety, grief, isolation, and quiet despair remain ever-present, and the call for care and caregivers continues to grow louder.

The Blessings of Saying "Yes"
That single word "yes" carries immense power. It opens doors for those in distress and bridges the gap between pain and healing, despair and hope. Just the other day, one of our clinicians said, “I have the privilege of saying yes.” I believe it truly is a privilege. A privilege that is made possible because so many faithful volunteers, donors, and clinicians unite to make free counseling and affordable therapy available to those who are hurting.
