Here at Anew Day, we offer a variety of different counseling services, both in-person and utilizing tele-health (phone and video), in order to best fit your needs.
LAY COUNSELING- Experience one-on-one counseling in an environment of acceptance and compassion, without judgement. Our volunteer lay-counselors have training and experience to help you with your struggles, including relationship conflict, addiction, grief, depression, etc. Lay counselors counsel people aged thirteen and older. PROFESSIONAL therapy- Receive professional mental health therapy that is offered for individuals, couples, families, and children. Fees are set based on a sliding scale, and we make every effort to ensure that services are provided at an affordable rate. Groups, classes, & workshops- We also offer a variety of different groups, classes, and workshops at various times throughout the year. Weekly support groups are offered for men, women, and mixed-groups. These are no-cost, drop-in groups that welcome anyone in needs of support and fellowship. The groups cover a wide variety of topics in the process of offering support to each participant. We also offer many other classes, groups, and workshops that occur at different times throughout the year. These groups cover such topics as: boundaries, co-dependency, men's & women's support groups, healing through art, grief recovery, food addiction, and family estrangement.
