Ways to Donate
Perhaps the easiest way to support us is to donate online by clicking on the button to the right. You can pay by all major card types, and your payment will be processed through PayPal's processing system. YOU DO NOT need a PayPal account to donate this way.

You can also call our main office at (530) 470-9111 anytime Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm and we can take your debit/credit card information over the phone to process your donation payment.

Volunteer
Are you a mature, compassionate person with life experience to share as a lay counselor, helping others in their healing or recovery? Our lay counselors are trained and supervised by a licensed marriage family therapist. Training for lay counselors is ongoing. We are also always looking for more HERO volunteers to help our staff as administrative support workers.
