Fall Reset - Let Your HeART Speak
Join us for a three-week series offering a gentle space to slow down, reflect, and reset for the Fall season. We will meet weekly for two hours in a reflective, creative space. We will be using a mixed media journal to explore: what we are carrying, what we can release, and how to live more freely and intentionally in the season ahead.
No artistic experience is needed.
