INSIDE & OUT - Exploring Identity & Building Self-Worth
Join us for a two-week series inviting teens to reflect on personal experiences, relationships, and inner narratives that shape how they see themselves. Through guided prompts and creative exploration, participants will build self-understanding and develop a more grounded sense of self within a supportive and judgement-free environment. This class is for ages 13-18.
No artistic experience is needed.
