Let Your HeART Speak! - Introducing a creative journey toward wholeness and healing. 

This is a seven week class using various mediums to explore and create visual representations of your life journey. This two hour weekly class will use prompts to inspire your heart to express your inner world. It is not a traditional art class - as no artistic talent is required or expected. Instead, we will use a mixed media notebook along with paint, oil pastels, markers, and/or collage to give voice to those parts and places that might not have words. This class aims to help us learn and know ourselves, foster healing, express what's inside, and create for the sheer delight of the process.

All skill levels are welcome and no prior art experience is required! This workshop will be held in-person at Anew Day and is completely free. Space is limited so pre-registration is required. The class will be held on Tuesday mornings from 9-11 AM.
