Join us for a three-week series offering a safe and supportive place to sit with grief in all its complexity. Grief holds more than one feeling: sorrow and love, absence and memory, pain and even moments of quiet gratitude. Through art we will explore how to hold the "AND" - the ability to carry more than one truth at once. We will explore how to hold what is heavy, honor what was good, and remain present to what still is, especially in the midst of the holiday season.
No artistic experience is needed.
